All vehicle rentals in Doncaster are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle pick-up. 4. Car Pickup and Drop-off

A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed by both parties. Upon return, the vehicle should be in the same condition as it was when collected, aside from normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and charged appropriately. The vehicle must also be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had at the start of the rental; otherwise, refueling fees will be applied. Late returns may result in extra charges, so please inform us as soon as possible if you expect to return the vehicle later than planned. You will be accountable for any parking fines, traffic violations, or other charges incurred during the rental period, along with an administration fee.
Insurance and Liability Information

You may have the option to purchase additional insurance to lessen your financial liability. It’s advisable to review these options thoroughly. You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess unless additional coverage is obtained. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise details, consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show up could incur additional charges.
Prohibited Activities

- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous practices. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Travel outside of the specified geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and charges.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Doncaster will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the last 12 months. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
